I'm a competitive lightweight rower.
& this is my fitness blog.
I already consider myself fit, but I believe that fitness is an endless journey & I'm hoping to learn to genuinely love my body along the way.
Be confident. Too many days are wasted comparing ourselves to others and wishing to be something we aren’t. Everybody has their own strengths and weaknesses, and it is only when you accept everything you are — and aren’t — that you will truly succeed.
Nothing is truer.
But it’s all so difficult to accept.
